I have already done some surveys but I did not receive rewards/cash, why?

PanelPlace.com do not send out surveys, the surveys you completed are from the survey panels that you have joined through our marketplace. If you’ve completed the surveys, the survey panel will credit the rewards to your account with the survey panel. The time taken for the rewards to be deposited into your account will be subjected to the process of each survey panel, which you may check with the concerning survey panels.

Meanwhile, you can also login to your account with the survey panel to check on your accumulated rewards. Rewards usually can only be redeemed once it reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold set by the survey panel.
