I've provided wrong information for my profile, how can I update it?

You are able to update basic particulars such as your email address, first, and last name in your account anytime after your account is created.

However, other crucial profile particulars such as gender, country and date of birth are not editable once the account has been created. If you would like to update these particulars, please submit a helpdesk ticket to us so we can provide the necessary assistance.
